Refund Policy

ALL sales are final! Once the merchandize leaves our store, there are NO refunds for ANY reason. 

Exceptions include items on hold, which have not left the store, or special order items that we receive damaged or missing. Cowhide rugs may be exchanged in a timely manner, as long as there are not stains or damage.

Special order items require a 20% non-refundable deposit. NO exceptions.
